ALBERT GREEN - Ionia  -  Albert Green, 91, who for the past 28 years had resided in Ionia, died Saturday night  (May14, 1949) in Thompson Memorial Hospital in Canandaigua where he was taken for care, following a heart attack.

For the past 28 years, he had resided with the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Green at their farm home. Although of the same name,

they were not related to Albert Green.

Albert Green's death came just four days after that of his former employer, Edward Green.   Edward Green died May 11, 1949,

while Mrs. Edward Green died Dec. 10, 1948.

It was reported that grief and loneliness and worry over where he would reside, may have brought on the heart attack.

Before coming to the Green Home, he was employed for many years on farms in the vicinity of Victor.  He leaves only distant relatives at Auburn.

Funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Wheeler Funeral Home in Main St., East Bloomfield.  The Rev. Herbert
Lotee of the West Bloomfield Congregational Church will officiate.   Burial in Ionia Cemetery.
