Located on the West Side of Happy Valley Road just north of the road that goes across Long Pond and well south of Route 104.  Happy Valley Road runs south from Route 104 along the Albion-Williamstown line.

Kathleen Novicki received a transcript from the register of deaths on her gg-grandfather, Joseph ALLEN.  It states that he died May 3, 1898 in "(Albion) Williamstown,  Oswego Co., NY" at the age of 72 years and 6 months, and was buried in Fraicheur Cemetery.
